Okay, so I didn’t actually watch the Oscars last night, but I did keep up on the fashion the talented and gorgeous were wearing. Most of the press liked only the safe, commercial looks, but I disagree. So here are my personal picks for best and worst dressed of the 2009 Oscars.

Best

1) Reese Witherspoon in Rodarte

2) Natalie Portman in Rodarte



3) Marisa Tomei in Versace Atelier



4) Sarah Jessica Parker in Dior Haute Couture



5) Amy Adams in Carolina Herrera



6) Penelope Cruz in vintage Balmain



7) Taraji P. Henson in Roberto



8)Marion Cottilard in Christian Dior



Worst

1) Sofia Loren in yikes ruffles!



2) Whoopi Goldberg in attacked by a leopard!



3) Beyonce in House of Dereon. Word of advice B: don’t wear House of Dereon, ever.



4) Bridget Fonda in pattern crazy!
