I’m back and redder than ever! Yeah, my Spring Break was great, but now I’m suffering the consequences. I’m literally completely red from sunburn. Turns out pale Irish girls shouldn’t spend all day on the beach. Who knew? I’m hoping it will turn into a tan and not cancer. Anyways, while I was in the trendy Coconut Grove section of Miami, I found a cute boutique by Peruvian designer Ana Guiulfo. I fell in love with the hand painted organza retro dresses and incredibly detailed painted silk dresses and scarves. I wish I would have taken pictures. They have two lines, the more upscale Ana Guiulfo and the younger and cheaper line Ana G., which has cute tshirts with graphic prints. Anyways, I got her card and looked her up online, and it turns out she’s has quite the following in Latin America and even Paris. It doesn’t say where you can buy her collection, so I guess you have to go to Miami! You can check out her work at www.anaguiulfo.com. Below are some of her press pieces featuring her hand painted outfits.
