When I checked my inbox today, I had an email from converse.com about their new range of shoes, Chuck Taylor All Star Sequins. I wasn’t alive during the 80’s but some of you may have been and might appreciate these Chuck Taylor shoes. It’ll cost you $85 for these nostalgic sequined set of wheels. Order at the website or check out local Converse stores. Note: The animal print ones have have clear sequins over the design.

^ You’d save more money buying the real thing. It’d take a lot of sequins, glue, time and not to mention, coffee! But if DIY’s your thing, then sure, go ahead. :D

Hmm, I’m wondering if I could make a DIY project out of any old pair of converses by gluing sequins to them…

I like the snow leopard and the zebra one :) that’s pretty nice converses.
