Remember trash bag-wearing Missy Elliot’s mega-hit song from the 90s, “I Can’t Stand the Rain”? It’s true, not a lot of people can stand the rain. It ruins out-door events and makes commuting a pain in the ass. Such is not the case for this random spot in New York City where rain left behind a heart-shaped puddle. If puddles were often heart-shaped, I’d want it to rain all the time.
