Spelling ’sisters’ backwards, Sretsis was derived from the bond of sisters — moments of childhood play with Barbie dolls and tea-party role-playing. As clever as that is, Sretsis’ Autumn/Winter 2009 boasts an even more interesting theme: metamorphosis.

The collection reveals the metamorphosis of a garment through the various stages of design development. The evident transformation from one silhouette to another embraces the curious process and the beauty of incompleteness. To make it easier to understand the metamorphosis concept, see below:
