One thing that I love about an amigurumi turkey for Thanksgiving, is that I don’t have to consider wearing pants with an expanding waistline to dinner. Amigirumi is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small, cute creatures. ‘Ami’ means crocheting or knitting, while the ‘nuigurumi’ part of amigrumi means stuffed doll.
Okay, fine. So I’m not actually going to be eating a knitted, stuffed turkey doll. A girl can dream, right? I’ll most likely be wearing sweat pants to dinner. The turkey I’m going to be having for dinner this evening is going to look more like this:
Just juicier, and less cute. Check out the other cute turkeys I won’t be eating:
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Isn’t it? I want to eat it, but there’s nothing pleasant about chewing knits, haha.

Awh, these amigurumi turkeys look
so adorable! The first amigurumi looks the cutest though. x3
Bwuaha, I can’t wait until Thanksgiving.
