Innovation Spirit’s Hello Kitty wine is making its debut this week at the 2010 Nightclub & Bar Convention in Las Vegas. (If I stop blogging between now and the 10th, you’ll understand why.)

According to Las Vegas Weekly, the Hello Kitty Wines comes in four varieties and are produced by the family-run Torti Tenimenti Castelrotto vineyard founded in 1910 in Italy. All four Hello Kitty wines are 100 percent Pinot Noir. The Brut Rosé comes with a special Hello Kitty Pendant with a ribbon in the colors of the Italian flag, and the Rosé demi-sec dubbed Sweet Pink makes for an ideal dessert paring.
