Bloody fantastic. Amanda Wachob’s abstract art is gorgeous. I need this on my body.

“A tattoo executed with distilled water instead of ink is called a “bloodline.” The lack of pigment renders the marking impermanent. An ideographic shape carries thought and stands for something beyond itself. It is intended that as your body heals the mark, the symbol’s energies are absorbed.” (via AmandaWachobTattoo)

I’m not one for marking myself for life (no, I do not have commitment issues– indelible ink just makes me uneasy), so this is perfect. Unfortunately for me, she works at Daredevil Tattoo and Fun City Tattoo– both of which are located in New York.

On the other hand, I do have a bottle of black waterproof India ink that I can splatter creatively about on my arm…

It looks like something that would normally hang up on a wall somewhere. I like it. This does also remind of Sia’s latest album cover. lol
