XT Patisserie’s macaron Eiffel tower at Paris in a Cup

I know I hate on Orange County from time to time for not being New York City, but at the end of the day — I really don’t. How could I, when I live somewhere where macaron towers stand tall in storefront displays? I’m also from “The OC,” so not much hate is to be had from me. I’ve yet to see this in person but this specific Eiffel Tower-shaped macaron tower was created by XT Patisserie for display at Paris in a Cup, a local tea salon I live near.
Sadly, I fail at life because I’ve yet to visit Paris in a Cup but I strongly feel that a trip is in order. So is a trip to any of the Southern California locations that sell XT Patisserie macarons. For more XT Patisserie info and retail locations, visit the official site here.
