One of the things you may find in every girls make up pouch is some form of glitter or shimmer powder, so I’m going to share some of my favorite sparkling products!

Sparklicity Shimmer Dust by Tarina Tarantino (above) is one of my favorites. It comes in a very feminine and attractive spray bottle, the kind you don’t see too often anymore! Spraying yourself with this light shimmery dust will make you feel like a princess.


The Color Of Grace by Philosophy is a beautiful pale pink compact that gives a soft and sheer glow. This is a terrific illuminating powder that will brighten your eyes and face. The smoothness and fragrance of this compact really makes it standout among other powders.

Benefit is one of my favorite make up brands because of their fun and youthful products, and Kitten Goes To Paris is definitely a fun sparkle powder. Poof yourself to glistening perfection with the soft puff that comes with it. This powder has a silvery lilac sheen that will truly make you feel like a girl.


If you’re pale as a ghost (like me) Michael Kors Leg Shine will help you get that sexy warm glow on your legs! This easy to use product smells wonderful and will make your legs, ankles or other body parts have a healthy sheen to it; and who doesn’t want that?

And finally, the amazing Flavored Body Powder by Urban Decay. Their powder comes in three flavors: marshmallow, cocoa and honey, and they smell just as fantastic as they taste. Dust these fine powders all over your body and you’ll attract a lot of fans! Each powder is tinted around the same color as their namesake; marshmallow is more silvery, while cocoa…looks just like cocoa!

All of these great shimmer powders can be found at any Macys, Sephora and Ulta, so go get your shine on!
