Surprise, Big Mac(arons)!

Cupcakes aren’t the only ones disguising themselves these days, macarons are too. This is madness, but it’s so…brilliant. (Yea, I know I say that a lot, but it is.)

Buns: Italian meringue shells, sprinkled over with sesame seeds
Cheese: marzipan dyed yellow
Patty: dark chocolate ganache
Lettuce: sweetened flaked coconut, dyed green

“The flavor… Well the mixture of coconut, chocolate, almond, and toasted sesame is a little odd. However, the taste is made up for in pure amusement.”
