EggWatchers: How to Cook the Perfect Boiled Egg

EggWatchers is a cute little web interface by London-based creative media company Poke that teaches you how to boil your eggs to the desired consistency.

You provide them with information regarding the size of your egg, whether or not it’s straight from the fridge (temperature affects boiling time), and how you would like it cooked– runny, squidgy, or firm?

Once you enter your selections, the EggWatcher will then approximate the time it’ll take to boil your egg. Here’s the best part: You’ll be given a random Youtube video to entertain yourself with while waiting– the length of the video is the length of the boil.
