Yes, this would be a watermelon cupcake, topped with some cream cheese frosting. This is definitely an easy and extra sweet way of eating a watermelon, and make great summer treats for parties, kids, or yourself. I’m wondering how watermelon and frosting would taste together though, maybe adding a second fruit would help tie it all together. Either way, it sure does look good!
