Boots are a must in the winter because they keep your feet warm, and of course they are quite stylish. I was able to get my hands on a pair of black boots recently (courtesy of CSN Stores), and except for a couple of flaws, I’m happy with it. I was originally supposed to receive their Lamo Women’s 14″ Microfiber Suede Boots in Chestnut. However, they ended up giving me the black one. I didn’t want to be one of those angry, witchy customers, so I decided to just keep the black one. Lamo Women’s 14″ Microfiber Suede Boots in Black is pretty much the same thing except the fact that the color is a bit different.

They look like one of those fake UGG boots, but who cares? They are super warm! I was a bit afraid at first because there were no zippers on the sides, but it was really easy for me to put them on. I wore it to class and even to camping, and I was surprised to see how warm it was. There were two things I didn’t like it the boots, however. One thing is that it stained really easily. All the leaves and dirt stayed on the boots, and it was difficult to remove them. The second bad thing about the boots is that it kept turning my jeans to sideways, so I felt super uncomfortable wearing them. When you’re out in public, you can’t possibly take off your boots and turn your jeans in the correct orientation. What’s more annoying is that it gradually turned my jeans while I was walking to class. That’s the reason why I avoid wearing these boots now.

As much as I liked the texture and the warmth of the black boots, I couldn’t help but notice these two flaws. I think I just have to find ways to prevent my jeans from turning.
