Newbie Guide to GirlyBubble

Welcome to GirlyBubble, a community site dedicated to the appreciation of all things girly, cute and pretty. At the same time, we’re more than just your typical cute stuff blog/news site! There are many other cool things about GirlyBubble that you should know about. Things like:

Experience Points (or EXP for short). This is measure of everything that you do on GirlyBubble. Your contributions here determine your status and ranking on GirlyBubble and gives you an ever-increasing list of cool abilities. Rewards. Being an active member of the GirlyBubble community guarantees rewards! The GirlyBubble Reward Center is a different system of giveaways in which users earn points to redeem for prizes they like. Reward Points (RPs) are used in the Reward Center in exchange for prizes. Earning Reward Points is an easy task to do. They can be received by submitting news or links related to Mixr websites, participating in contests that offer RP or participating in one-off events and specials.

Newsstream. Imagine an RSS reader with a giant list of Hello Kitty, kawaii, cute fashion, food, pets, crafts and boy websites. Now imagine people sorting through the thousands of stories each day produced by that giant list and picking out their favorite or useful ones. That’s what Newsstream does. It’s something you can be a part of and saves you a lot of time from visiting all these websites each day as well as filtering through all the stories by yourself.

Blogs. Our blogs are the most popular area of our site. Our writers cover all aspects of cute and kawaii — Hello Kitty, Sanrio, San-X, cute food, cute boys, cute girls, cute fashion, cute crafts… you name it! We also have a community blog that we like to call GirlyBubble Voices. GirlyBubble Voices allows users to contribute their own blog posts on cute stuff.

Mixr Network. GirlyBubble is part of a network of sites with each focusing on different things. All of them are really cool and offer a lot of useful info. Your account on GirlyBubble works on all the sites and you can earn EXP on all the sites. Plus, each has their own giveaway structure.

Community. We like to think that GirlyBubble is more than just a website, rather we’re on an online community for all things cute. A community is part social network and part content (think stories and articles). GirlyBubble has all of that and more! You can make a lot of good friends here. We actively monitor our sites for spammers and abuse. We also very much value and protect our users’ privacy. It’s an important goal of ours to make GirlyBubble a safe place for people to express their opinions and to just have fun in general.

Future. We like to think that GirlyBubble has a pretty talented group of developers that are always coming up with cool new applications and features. Not many websites can say that. We’re constantly growing and getting bigger and better than we already are. We’re here to stay and we hope you’ll stay with us as we grow.
