Her innocent child star days are long gone, and now Lindsay Lohan is looking at time behind bars in prison for stealing a necklace, which she has continually denied doing.

Now, Lohan seems to be accepting the plea, which will only land her three months in jail (which can be seen off in as short a time as 19 days due to overcrowding) compared to a year in prison for probation violating and grand theft. Lohan looks as if she will accept the plea in order to not spend a whole year in prison.

Friday will be decision day for the actress. What are we going for? Guilty or not?
