Now, because it is spring, well at least for you US residents your legs no longer need to stay in hibernation. Thus, let your legs peep out and feel the warmth of the sun! And by that I mean, wear shorts and dresses! But lets double the power and when you collaborate these two pieces what do you get?! Rompers that’s right!

Rompers, rompers, rompers… They give you the girly look of a dress but will also give you the security of wearing shorts and pants, making it a good investment. Now, that it is spring, rompers are definitely the piece of item that will accentuate your feminine mentality.

Rompers range and vary according to colors, designs and length in order to satisfy the needs of a greater range of people. I know this particular trend is nothing new and has been around for quite a few seasons now, but I wanted to assist you guys on how to wear a romper and wear to get them.

A romper is simply a cross between a dress and a pair of shorts often being regarded as a playsuit. Rompers have been seen on among countless of celebrities and is one of the easiest clothing piece to wear and glam up. Despite that, rompers can look retro glam when worn correctly but at the same time, if styled in correctly, it could possibly veer down the ‘trashy’ route.

Floral rompers absolutely compliment the season of Spring. Furthermore, what is spring without flowers? To celebrate the coming season why not bombard your closet with some of these gorgeous floral rompers. Make sure your romper fits perfectly otherwise the loose areas will seem unflattering.

If you are planning to wear a romper, I recommended you to not wear heavy makeup and just stick with natural or no makeup at all. Your hair should also not be overdone and perhaps a simple bohemian wave hairdo will do. Keep the look simple and subtle. Like the acronym goes KISS, Keep it Simple Stupid! Try out these tutorials.

Add a blazer or cardigan if it is chilly that day. If you don’t want to add statement to your outfit with jewelry you can match it with a boyfriend blazer or a matching cardigan. Make sure that it does not detract the much attention from the focal romper.

Also, in order to successfully pull off that romper look, don’t over accessorize. A long simple necklace, and ring is enough to pull of this look. You can also pair this with a thin, solid-colored belt to help slim down your waist and create curves. I only recommend you wear a thick belt if you are not wearing a blazer of any sort and a thin belt if you are wearing a cardigan (belt the cardigan with the romper to give a curvier look). You also have to pay attention to the elastic band that is on the romper. If the romper has a thicker band you would want to cover it with a thicker belt and vice versa.

If your jumpsuit is long, pair the outfit with flats. If not wear heels to help lengthen your legs especially if you are petite. Avoid anything that is too chunky, too showy, or just too much.
