Christina Aguilera may have her schedule pretty full due to promotions for her new job as a coach/judge for the upcoming TV Show ‘The Voice‘ on NBC, but OK! Magazine says she still managed to squeeze in some time for her friend Britney Spears.

A Twitter message (tweet) was directed to Spears from Aguilera just last week to congratulate her friend on the release of her new album titled ‘Femme Fatale.’ Despite that, she hasn’t yet managed to find time to actually listen to Spears’ album completely so she hasn’t given her entire two cents on it just yet.

Aguilera commented on this saying, “You know what, I haven’t heard the whole thing in its entirety… I’ve been really hard at work on this show. I haven’t had quite the chance to go through the whole thing.”

But to show her extra support she added some sweet words on her friend, “I am a huge supporter of her in light of the fact that both of our careers started off together and are still going and going strong… I just think at this point in the game it’s extremely important to be supportive of fellow artists and especially females who get pitted against each other and torn apart… As an old friend of mine from the ‘Mickey Mouse Club,’ I think it’s important at this stage in the game to show my support.”

That’s really sweet of her!
