Today’s Cute Boy Watch features 32 year old American model, actor and producer, Ian Somerhalder, best known for portraying Damon Salvatore in The Vampire Diaries, and Boone Carlyle in the TV drama Lost.

Ian started out as a model when he was 10 to 13 years old, but didn’t decide to get into acting until he was 17. In 2000, he stared in Young Americans, a spin-off of Dawson’s Creek, playing Hamilton Fleming. In 2002, he got the role of a bisexual character Paul Denton in The Rules of Attraction. His breakthrough role would not come until 2 years later, when he got casted for the role of Boone Carlyle in Lost. Although he was the first actor to get cast into the drama, his character was also the first to die. Ian currently stars as Damon Salvatore in The Vampire Diaries.
