You might be thinking, “Oh, no another Lemon recipe”, but to tell you the truth, there is a reason behind this! If you haven’t realized already, Summer is the season where there is a HUGE influx of these sour beast hence making it a predominant statement in varying summer dishes. Therefore, you can’t really go past a typical summer dish without having it possess a little zest.

4 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, diced
9 ounces fresh raspberries
