Oh no…I was so disappointed when I saw this picture.

Sorry, but your eyes did not fool you. Yes that is Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter). And yes, he is taking a smoke…

This 21 year old was seen on a street corner in New York. With his black leather jacket and earphones plugged into his eyes, the cigarette really completes the outfit, making him somewhat douche-y looking.

I’ve always knew he smoked, but seeing it in real-life broke my heart. Apparently, Radcliffe once had a 20-cigs-a-day habit in his late teens…imagine how much damage he had caused to his own health! Speaking of health…it seems like the vitamin water Radcliffe holds in his arms is supposedly a sign of “healthiness”. I doubt it really.

Then again…with the part 2 of the Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: part 2 movie coming up, and other Broadway productions, Radcliffe must be under crazy amount of stress.

so leather jackets are ‘douche-y’? This is really judgmental. Yes, he smokes. You don’t have to agree with him smoking but he does. It’s no reason to insult him or what he supposedly ‘looks’ like here… What, you can’t like vitamin water and smoke? This article was really immature, I’m sorry. I wish he didn’t smoke either but you can’t hold it against him… and I’m sorry but I just can’t get over the fact you insulted his clothing and the fact that he’s listening to music… This article is enough to make me not want to even follow this site anymore. I may be going overboard but this is just so immature and disappointing to read.

I’m sorry you were so taken back by this article. I sorta wrote this at 3 in the morning, so I did not have a very professional attitude.
In no way do I think Daniel Radcliffe is a douche. It’s just a first impression I got from the picture, a very immature first impression at that. And his outfit is awesome! I relied on stereotypes a little too much when I made the connection between cigarettes and leather jacket.
I will definitely reflect on my writing, and I apologize if you found the article offensive.
I hope you don’t judge this website based on one article.

I didn’t know that he smokes… but everyone has their right to do what they want.
But in my head: smoking is really a no no for me.

Unfortuntately much of Hollywood/stars smoke. Some just make sure not to do it in public. But the ones you would never expect to do smoke. I hate to say it but I think it’s really to help control their weight. Or at least they believe so.
