To a sweet tooth, this dessert is perfect but those who love savoury foods, it may seem a little too heavy. But by separating each dish into it’s individual components, it unfortunately defies the purpose of combining it. But no harm will be done there if you do decide to separate it.

1 tbsp double-strength espresso coffee, hot
200g butter, softened
1 heaped tablespoon plain flour
90g egg white
30g caster sugar
110g almond meal
200g icing sugar
1tsp egg white powder
Red food colouring
Sweet corn Ice Cream
4 corn cobs
1 cup milk
A pinch of salt
3/4 cups sugar
5 egg yolks
2 cup heavy cream
