Admit it: you’ve probably carved a little heart in one of your watermelon slices when you were younger. But the Japanese have taken this little leisure activity to the next level!

It seems that Japan always thinks of everything. From sushi-making robots to hologram concerts, it’s certainly one of the top countries in imaginative inventions. A picture shared by manga company Tokyopop’s facebook page shows a female grocery store worker holding a perfectly heart-shaped watermelon, equpieed with a glittering bow. Don’t believe me? See for yourself:

My first response was of pure admiration; I have absolutely no idea how farmers were able to cultivate such a perfect watermelon! Although I do have suspicions on how it tastes…

As quoted from one of the page’s fans: “Shaped watermelons are cute, but really expensive lol.”

Would you pay top price for such a cute fruit?
