There were many songs released this year, and songs equal lots of lyrics. And lyrics have their good and bad. So here’s this year’s worth of bad lyrics.


Lil’ Wayne: Abortion
I’m not one that normally notices what lyrics say, but this one is certainly caught my ear. It’s not the lyric itself, but the title.
A song with lyrics like, A blessing in disguise, is right before our eyes. But since it is in disguise, we don’t know that it’s there is kind of weird, because it’s title is “Abortion”. So to me, this is more of ridiculous title, rather than ridiculous lyrics.


Katy Perry: E.T
You guys guessed it! It’s the line, Infect me with your love, fill me with your poison. What does this mean? I get how this is all a bout aliens. And aliens are dangerous, poisonous and all un-human-like, but this is a bit too R-rated for a song.


Chris Brown: Wet the Bed
The title itself is the ridiculous. Did he run out of romantic stuff to say and resorted to uhh… the toilet. The line, I’m gonna make you wet the bed, fully matches with the title of the song. But does it mean, he’s going to make you wet your bed in the little kids way or the other one….?


Lady Gaga: Born This Way
I know this song is really hit and all but the line, “Whether you’re white, black, beige, Chola descent. You’re Lebanese, you’re orient.” This is the one of the worst attempt of making things rhyme? And by the way, what’s Chola? From what I read of the lines, these lines are saying that everyone is Asian? Culturally sensitive much?


Bruno Mars: Grenade
This one is the best! I’d catch a grenade for you! I get how this is meant to romantic, but to me, it sounds like calling for someone to kill you. But I still love the song either way!

There are so many songs with ridiculous lyrics nowadays. XD I’ve heard about some of these songs and a lot of them have weird titles indeed. X]
