Before you know it, Valentine’s Day will be coming up and that means you’ll probably be scrambling around, trying to find some perfect cards. But your cards don’t have to be perfect - they can be cute and handmade, which makes the occasion even better!

Say It Sweet
Say it sweet with these adorable cards! They’re premade for you but you know what? You can add buttons where you deem fit to make it even cuter. You can go to your local crafts store to find some cute designs for buttons.

Heart Button Card
I always find that handmade cards always have a more special touch and feel to them as they exude thoughts of efforts. If you have extra red, white, and pink buttons, you can glue them together to form the shape of a heart. Now what’s Valentine’s Day without a little bit of love?

I Dig You
So, this next card may be a little cheesy, but hey, it’s cute at the same time! This ‘card’, so to speak, contains a little shovel for you to dig out the little candy that litter the bag. How shockingly sweet!

Cupid Heart
Cupids and hearts are synonymous with Valentine’s Day, so this Valentine’s Day, become Cupid and shoot an arrow through a heart. Grab yourself some felt, make a heart, cut two slits into the heart, then stick an “arrow” made out of a straw and leftover felt and you have a heart shot with an arrow.

Fluttering Hearts
Make hearts go a-flutter with these adorable cards. How to make? Well, it looks simple enough: get some construction paper and cut out some hearts. Then, thread some string through the hearts and card so that the hearts and circles can move. Pretty unique!

Valentine’s Day Pop-Up Card
Looking to make a simple yet memorable Valentine’s Day card? Try your hand at this pop-up card! It’s quite easy - just follow the instructions. And if you want to be creative, you can try making other shapes related to Valentine’s Day.

Various Valentine’s Day Cards
Here, we see three different ideas for cards: a tic-tac-toe card, hanging love, and a simple love card. Simple, yet gets the messages across. And plus, they’re quite fun to make!

Valentine’s Day Pinwheel
Here’s a fun idea! You know those pinwheels that you probably loved as a child? You can make one here. Simply learn how to make the pinwheel and keep with the Valentine’s Day theme. Stick in the center a heart and attach a pixie stick.

Cupcaker Liner Card
This adorable card is made with some interesting material: ribbons and cupcake liners. The cupcake liners make for an adorable ribbon award and the heart makes for a cute touch. Be mine, please!

Butterfly Card
Make your Valentine this adorable butterfly card. Use construction paper to make a butterfly and stuff some candy in the “body” of the butterfly. Voila! Let your Valentine fly away with this sweet gesture!

Will you be trying your hand at these cards?
