Photos of Blue Ivy Carter finally released!

Beyonce and Jay-Z have finally released pictures of their daughter Blue Ivy Carter!

It’s been a little over a month since the couple welcomed the new addition to their family and they are now willing to share photos of her with the world. They set up a tumblr dedicated to her and posted a few photos already.

As you can see in the photos, one of them shows Beyonce holding her while another shows Jay-Z with her. There are two solo shots of Blue Ivy wrapped in a blanket as well as one showing her holding her mommy’s hand. So cute!

Along with the photos, the couple posted a hand written note signed, “The Carter Family” that read, “We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives.”

In a joint statement, Beyonce and Jay-Z described their daughter’s birth as “emotional and extremely peaceful.” Saying they “are in heaven,” they added, “We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support.”
