Beyoncé recently gave birth to her first child Blue Ivy in January and many were impressed by how quickly she shed those post-pregnancy pounds. Now the weight loss secret has been revealed - diligently working out five days a week.
Beyoncé’s trainer Marco Borges revealed in an interview with US Weekly that the singer worked hard for her curves and put in the dedication five days a week. “We do cardio and plyometric moves likes lunges and jumps on and off a bench,’ he revealed.
Along with working out, Beyoncé lost weight through breast feeding and avoiding processed foods, sticking to grilled meats and vegetables. “You don’t have to eat only celery sticks. Be sensible and exercise constantly,” Borges advises.
Not so much of a huge secret as we all know working out has its benefits to the physical being of the body but it is amazing seeing how fit Beyoncé is right after a birth.
