Oh, I was surprised at first, thinking it is just illegal to wear neon nail polish down south! 


It’s also illegal to grow mj, but it happens all the time. *begins stirring up her own neon nail polish*

I got scared for a moment. I love neon nail polish but the FDA doesn’t do anything for anyone as long as they’re making money


i thought i’d go to jail if they see me wearing neon colored nails. what a relief! :3
