Just another day at the diner to watch the One Direction Tour DVD, these girls thought. That is, until One Direction in all their glory entered the diner and surprised the group of lucky gals with a performance of their hit “What Makes You Beautiful.”

I’m not going to lie; the response towards the group from the girls was pretty tame. I expected much more screaming than just smiles. Anyway, weren’t they just adorable in this video? Member Zayn Malik was able to show off his vocals in this acoustic rendition and some of the others played around with ketchup bottles (as microphones). Some fans sang along to the popular lyrics. After their performance the boys exited after shaking hands with some of the fans.

Anyone wish they were at the diner?
