Andrew Garfield wants to be a dad

The Amazing Spider Man actor Andrew Garfield, who’s currently dating his co-star Emma Stone, has expressed his wishes on becoming a father to UK’s GQ Magazine.

He excitely told them:

“I’d love to be a dad! I’d love to. But I want to be sure of what my value system is before that happens.”

Although he’s still in a relationship with Emma Stone, he has had many romances and screen kisses on film with other beautiful actresses, including: Emma Stone herself, Kiera Knightley, and Carey Mullingan. The British actor, who is 28 this year, has also realized how lucky he is to have been able to work with such gorgeous women:

“I don’t have any idea how I’ve ended up with all these stunners! It’s quite, ahem, humbling!”

He however, does not really like the idea of being famous as he often tries to be out of the spotlight. It doesn’t mean that he isn’t often curious about rumours of himself spreading around on the internet. He even joked to the magazine that his pet dog was the one that prevented him from performing the search of his name successfully on Google by putting a paw on his hand just as he was about to click the mouse:

“[It was as if he was saying] ‘No! Don’t do it!’ and I looked at him and said, ‘All right. You’re right.’ And I didn’t.”

Andrew Garfield’s dog sound so cute! I’m also pretty sure that he will eventually get his wish of starting a family when he’s ready for it.
