With summer comes a large array of music festivals. It’s a time to join together with music lovers and party, relax, and enjoy some great artists performing. Here are some great summer music festivals from around the world.

In Chicago, one of the biggest American music festivals occurs: Lollapalooza. Featuring artists like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Black Sabbath, and many more. Going from August 3rd to the 5th, it’s bound to be great pop/rock festival.

Staying in America, Bonnaroo, an amazing festival that happens in Manchester, Tennessee, will be running from June 7th to June 10th. It will be hosting amazing musicians like Radiohead, The Shins, The Beach Boys, and many more. What’s more, there will be several comedy line-ups as well performing!

This time, we’re shifting gears and heading to Belgium for the Rock Werchter festival that is happening through June 28 - July 1. Famous stars like blink-182, Snow Patrol, and Regina Spektor will be performing, along with many others!

The Reading Festival isn’t actually about reading. More like it’s one of UK’s biggest festivals that include bands like Paramore, the Foo Fighters, and Bullet for My Valentine. Going through August 24th to August 26th, this festival features around 200 artists!

Across the world in Japan, the Summer Sonic Festival is feasting in amazing artists on August 18 and August 19. With Rihanna, Green Day, Japanese girl group Perfume, and many more, this two city festival will blow your mind.

South Korea hosts a huge rock festival called Jisan Valley Rock Festival. The performances go through July 27th to July 29th. Amazing groups like Korean indie bands, Nell and Busker Busker, along with Owl City, and the legendary Elvis Costello will be holding stages in Jisan!
