Justin Bieber has caused another chaos at his recent free concert in Mexico City with about 6,000 police officers securing the area with a crowd of 200,000 beliebers. Police helicopters patrolled the event as the concert only had a capacity of 80,000 attendees, while the other 120,000 had to see the concert through giant screens installed in streets near the venue.
