Actress Yvette Wilson, one of the stars of the successful sitcom ‘Moesha,’ died of cervical cancer on Thursday at the age of 48. Yvette played the role of Moesha’s friend Andell Wilkerson in five seasons of the sitcom, which featured singer Brandy Norwood as the main actress.

A number of actors and comedians expressed their condolences through Twitter, including ‘Moesha’ co-star Shar Jackson, Cedric the Entertainer, Loni Love, and more. My condolences go out to Yvette Wilson’s family and friends as well.
