Wow, the big 15! That’s quite a lot of ink.

The “Hannah Montanna” star was caught sporting her anew tattoo on her inner left forearm.

The tattoo quotes our former President Theodore Roosevelt which states, ”So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”

Although Miley does seem to be quite a fan of tattoos, with 15 of them already plastered on, I think it’s about time she takes a break.
