Justin Bieber Lands Up in some Legal Trouble

It seems like Justin Bieber is always in the news for some unimportant reason, but this time, it’s pretty serious. The mother of a Justin fan has taken legal action against the singer, claiming that he is the reason for her permanently damaged hearing.

Stacey Wilson Betts and her daughter were part of the audience at Bieber’s Poland concert back in July 2010. She claims that the noise of both the music and the crowd were so loud that she is now suffering from tinnitus, which is a constant ringing sound in the ears, 2 years later!

Betts is now suing Justin, his record company, the arena in which the show took place and the concert promoter for $9.23 million in damages!

She claims that the screams of the crowd became totally unbearable when he climbed into a “heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola” which actually moved through the crowd, and “created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena.”

She added, “(He) then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion”, and stated that the gondola acted as a “sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both of my ears”.
