Recent reports have revealed that 50 Cent has announced his new company TMT (The Money Team) and is now licensed to promote boxing matches in New York. He is also working on a licence for the state of Nevada so he may put on matches in Las Vegas.

The rapper boss has already signed two inactive world class fighters - Yuriorkis Gamboa who is a gold medalist and former featherweight champion and Andre Dirrell who is a former Olympic medalist.

Looks like 50 Cent is going back to his childhood as he was a former boxer himself. He started at age 11 and competed as an amateur boxer in the Junior Olympics in the mid 80s.

An interesting move by 50 Cent, I wonder how well his business will go and I wonder what lengths he will go to to promote the matches!
