Beyoncé and Jay-Z renting a $400,000 home in the Hamptons

Beyoncé and Jay-Z will be having a vacation at the Hamptons and reports say they renting a $400,000-a-month home that is 31,000 square foot. The home is called the Sandcastle and is currently on the market for $43.5 million.
The Sandcastle features a bowling alley, rock-climbing area, a bar, a swimming pool, a gym, a spa and a tennis and basketball court. The property also features a recording stdio and half pipe.
The property sounds amazing with all it’s features but I don’t think I could even rent out an hour on it!
