Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin uses the opinions of his daughter Apple and son Moses to see if his tracks are good enough. Chris believes that if kids start to sing a song, “it’s because they like it”. Chris also believes that kids are a “great gauge”.
Chris Martin no doubt has a busy life with hectic touring schedules and what-not but he reveals that as seen as he steps inside his front door, he is reminded that family is his priority and this keeps him “ground” and prevents him from getting swept up in his celebrity life.
Chris comments, “When we played Wembley Stadium I was like, ‘Wow, now we are big rock stars’ but next morning the kids were saying, ‘Get me some pancakes.’” He also expresses, “Just at the point where you would have got really big egos, we all have these little people who we are all responsible for. They keep us focused on what is really important in life.”
Chris Martin seems like a great family man and it is wonderful to see him value his children so much.
