Nicole Scherzinger is currently a judge on the X Factor UK and she claimed that she would be the harshest. However, after meeting guest judge Mel B, she feared the singer’s comments as much as the contestants did.

Nicole Scherzinger commented, “She’s pretty scary!. I try and let people down lightly and in a constructive way.”

The former Pussycat Dolls singer also claims that she knows right from the start which contestants have potential and which don’t. “I’ve done this for a long time, I’ve got a lot of experience and I know what I’m looking for. At the end of the day I know who has it and who doesn’t,” Nicole expresses.

Well I wouldn’t be surprised at Nicole Scherzinger’s comments since Mel B is known for her fierce personality.
