Bob Ewing and his new bride Antonie Hodge Ewing climbed on the Seneca Rocks in West Virginia and married in their complete wedding outfit. The couple from Arlington made the 900-foot climb on the landmark in Bob’s decade-old tuxedo and Antonie’s mother’s wedding gown.

Not only the bride and groom made the climb, but also her mother Evangeline Hodge, his brother Scott Ewing who performed the ceremony, as well as a second brother John Ewing as a photographer. Other guests who couldn’t make the climb were invited to a second ceremony the next day.

It is not the first marriage at the peak of the Seneca Rocks, but apparently Bob and Antonie made the first couple who did it in formal attire. Now the Seneca Rocks must be a special place to the newlyweds, as the proposal also took place on the peak as they climbed the rocks back in March.
