Backstreet’s Back for GMA

The Backstreet Boys are finally all together again now that Kevin has rejoined the band earlier this year and their first performance as a full group was on what else but Good Morning America!

Performing hits such as “I Want It That Way,” “Larger Than Life” and “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)”, the crowd as just as ecstatic as they were on stage as many of them were holding ‘Welcome Back Kevin’ signs.

When the group finally sat back down to talk, Kevin revealed that he left 6 years ago because he was no longer inspired to make music, not because there were problems within the group. As for why he rejoined for the group’s 20th anniversary, he revealed:

“I’m a person that always follows my heart and follows my gut and my heart said ‘Now’s the time.’ It just felt right. I feel inspired to make music again with these guys.”
