Britney Spears bans attractive females working on ‘X Factor’

Britney Spears joined the judging panel of the US “X Factor” and reports say that she has banned attractive female staff from working on the show as they make her feel insecure.
A source revealed, “Britney has stipulated that none of the female backstage staff working with her are too pretty or stylish.”
Well that’s rather demanding of Britney Spears seeing as she hasn’t worked that long on the show!
