After attending and performing at September 6th’s VMAs, Taylor Swift will be the receipt of the first-ever Generation Award.
She will be receiving the award at the Canadian Country Music Association Awards this Sunday on September 9. The organization’s Ted Ellis said, “Taylor Swift embodies every aspect of the CCMA Generation Award. Since 2010, she has not only become the biggest selling country artist in Canada, she is also one of the top selling artists in the world, across all genres.”
