Filming for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has begun!

As of Monday, September 10 2012, filming on The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has officially started in Atlanta, Georgia!
What should fans look out for? A new arena for the annual Hunger Games to be filmmed in the beaches and jungles of Hawaii. Lionsgate President of Production Eric Feig reveals: “We are so excited to be embarking on this adventure with Francis Lawrence, who has already exhibited immense creative vision and resourcefulness in casting the film and planning its look and feel” about the director who will take over for Gary Ross.
Filming is expected to wrap in December of this year with the release date set for Nov. 22, 2013.
