Gwen Stefani’s solo career ‘never meant to be taken seriously’

Gwen Stefani recently revealed that her solo career was “never meant to be taken seriously” even though she has sold millions of albums. Gwen Stefani recently reunited with her original band “No Doubt” for a new album and says she feels “more natural being back in this mode”.

Gwen Stefani expresses, “It just feels so much more natural being back in this mode. The solo records allowed me to indulge my girly side but it was never meant to be taken seriously. It was just like an art project that kept going longer than I expected. The group never ended - we always knew we’d come back to make this album.”

I had no idea that Gwen Stefani reunited with her original band. Looking forward to their new album. I do admit though, I love Gwen’s solo singles!
