He is the lead vocal of band, Green Day, but it appears as though Billie Joe Armstrong has had some rough things to deal with and has resorted to the use of drugs.

While performing at the iHeartRadio Music Festival, he threw quite the tantrum, which included the throwing of precious instruments. This was due to his performance slot being cut in half to allow other acts to perform. Now, he has checked into a drug rehabiliation center to get himself sorted out.

He will be seeking treatment for his addiction to an unknown substance. However, more details will be revealed as his condition improves.
