Miley Cyrus is possibly heading back to the small screen after meeting the directors of a Lifetime/History telepic, ‘Bonnie and Clyde.’ ‘Smash’ EPs Neil Meron and Craig Zadan are reportedly set to produce the miniseries.

The former Disney Channel star will star as Bonnie Parker in the series, which is the first of its kind to air on both AETN networks. This follows the push by A&E Networks president of entertainment and media Nancy Dubuc to launch established titles with big names, like the high-rated History miniseries ‘Hatfield & McCoys,’ which starred Emmy Award winner Kevin Costner.
