Lady Gaga’s Hello Kitty dress, say hello to Miki Fujimoto’s Hello Kitty dress. As much as I love you with every ounce of my being Lady Gaga, I’m kind of sad to say that I think you’ve met your match. When it comes to dresses made out of plush Hello Kitty dolls, that is. Sure, Miki Fujimoto is a Japanese popstar, but in terms of fame, record sales and overall awesome-ness…she’s got nothing on you. Meet Mamegoma, San-X’s bean seal. You might ask what a bean seal is, and I’ll tell you. It’s a bean-shaped seal. I know, such a tough concept to grasp, but when you feast your eyes on the cuteness that is Mamegoma, you’ll understand all that is bean seal. More »

United Kingdom artist INSA was asked by Tate Britain, a gallery located in London, England, to create pieces inspired by the work of artist Chris Ofili. One of the works INSA created were a pair of crazy heels called “Anything goes when it comes to (s)hoes…” (The title of the piece is a lyric from a Big Daddy Kane song.) More »

Cupcakes don’t always have to have all the fun when mini-cakes are around. I know, I know, I know — I’ve been harping so much on bigger being better but that isn’t the case all the time. Mini-cakes, they’re just so cute and little, and not quite cupcakes. You can’t help but just love them all and forget cupcakes for a second. I hope to inspire a mini-cake trend. Here are my picks of the cutest mini-cakes on the Internet: More »

Remember when it was cool to have an online boyfriend? …No? RadioGosha’s Less Than Three animation will remind you, especially since it’s set to a song of the same name with lyrics that go like this: “Less than three, you love me — typing out my fantasy. Meet me here on IRC, L-O-L-O-L! Less than three, O-M-G! Love computer fantasy… Meet me here on IRC, L-O-L-O-L!” Precious stuff, right? The animation to this song is pretty cute, czech it out: More »

British singer-songwriter Kate Nash really knows how to sing to the lonely and broken-hearted, especially in her song, “Nicest Thing.” Although it’s one of my favorite songs of hers, I’m happy to say that I am not lonely or brokenhearted. I do however, love this animation of the song that I recently found on Youtube. More »

If the free Berrysprite March desktop wallpaper wasn’t enough for you, I’ve got more to sate your cute desktop wallpaper appetites. Courtesy of Smashing Magazine, here are my picks of free, super cute desktop wallpapers for March. More »

I am a huge fan of Berrysprite’s monthly calendar wallpaper. This is the story for March’s wallpaper: Scout the rabbit, Oscar the bear and Blackie the cat love playing in the rain… luckily the clovers have grown big enough to be umbrellas! More »

If I could live in a Youtube video, I’d want to live in the Sugarbunnies’ Blanc Noir video. Sanrio’s Sugarbunnies is a Japanese anime series produced by Toei Animation. The series centers around and is based on the character duo (Shirousa and Kurousa) of the same name. In a nutshell, they’re alien bunnies that somehow end up on Earth and make friends with a patisserie chef. They develop a love for making pastries — hence the name Sugarbunnies and why they are always seen with dessert. More »

Japanese illustrator Mokaffe really loves combining two of the things I love the most into her illustrations: dessert and girly art! A lot of my favorite works by her involve dessert. Not that you’re surprised or anything. For the record, I’ll have you know that I do not drool over my laptop all day or lick my screen all day. You might want to restrain yourself when you see these babies: More »

Stop in the name of love! So says this random picture of a heart-shaped red traffic light, at least. I found this image off of Le Love, one of my favorite romance image blogs. That said, I’m not sure if this traffic light is real or not. I’d like to think it was real. I don’t understand why traffic lights have to be so boring usually. If anyone knows the exact location of this traffic light, let me know!

In the enchanted land of Little Odd Forest, there live many cute creatures of the plush persuasion. The charm of the huggable and colorful designs created by Lynda Lye shine through with quirky characters like rainbows, leaves, squirrels, raccoons, little tree stumps, trees, mushrooms, and a smiling sun called Mister Sunny. Naturally we’re all excited about Alice in Wonderland opening in theaters this Friday, March 5. These images from the film are hauntingly beautiful and captured in such a way that only Tim Burton can master. Although the imagery from the original animated film is slightly more fairytale, it still maintains a darker edge. Still girly, nonetheless! More »
