Recently my much loved homepage iGoogle just got much better on  both the design and practicality fronts.

The artist themes that you can select for personalizing your homepage now include a whole slew of my favorite musicians (Radiohead, Coldplay, Gnarls Barkley, etc.) and fashion designers (Gucci, Burberry, Dolce and Gabanna, Michael Kors, Vera Wang, Jimmy Choo, Diane Von Furstenberg, Herve Leger, Vivenne Tam, etc.) - there are so many great new designs that I keep changing my preferences around so I can get to all of them!  At the moment I’ve selected BCBG Max Azria (screenshot here) because it’s lovely and I’m a huge fan of his line. Anyway so these are my four favorite pairs of heels, each representing a different heel type. I literally picked them out of my closet, stuck them on my window ledge, and took pictures of them in the morning light (hence all the romantic soft blue light). They’re all on the relatively newer/less-used side of my shoe collection. More »

Fashion Week is right around the corner and as someone who consideres herself a fashion addict, I can honestly say I’m really excited! As we all know, many designers showcase their upcoming collections during the event, and the coverage will be insane! Personally, as much as I love the fashions, I try not to get too caught up in the media driven hype since most of the time I totally disagree with what they deem as the new “it” line. However, there are a few designers that I am excited about: BCBG Max Azaria, Miss Sixty, Betsey Johnson, and Lacoste. More »
