Seal pretends he’s Japanese

This Baikal seal is named Billy from the Hakone-en Aquarium in the Hakone, Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan.

In Japan, it’s common to take a hot spring bath with a towel on your head and a tub with a sake (alcohol) bottle inside, which is just what the seal is doing. He puts on this performance everyday including weekends and holidays.

I was hoping it was just one of those wacky things animals do but it’s close enough!
